Miguel’s passion to help and guide youth comes from his extensive background in sports, more specifically basketball and soccer. Beyond his professional work, Miguel dedicates his free time to coaching children of all ages. He sees sports as a learning opportunity not only to push oneself but to develop healthy life habits. Miguel currently works as an Education Programs Coordinator with Impel. His is well versed with substance use education and early intervention, gang prevention, family reunification, mentoring, and program development. As a fluent speaker in Spanish and a digital guru, Miguel wears many hats at Impel. His positive thinking approach to everything he does is an incredible asset and something our young clients and their families appreciate. In his free time Miguel enjoys working-out, volunteering, enhancing his professional, personal, and spiritual life. He also enjoys gaming, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
